The Montreal Women’s Y Foundation is proud to have been selected as the beneficiary of the 4th Annual Cocktail des Présidentes et des Femmes Leaders, held on June 3, 2026, at the BMO Executive Lounges.
Presented by BMO Financial Group under the honorary chairmanship of Karine Eid, Head of Business Banking, Eastern Canada, the event brought together female executives, entrepreneurs, and influential leaders from across Quebec for an evening of networking and meaningful conversations.
The evening also welcomed several distinguished guests of honour, including:
- The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Industry of Canada;
- The Honourable Danièle Henkel, Senator and Founder of the Danièle Henkel Group;
- Monique Jérôme-Forget, former Quebec Minister of Finance and President of the Treasury Board;
- Mitsou Gélinas, artist, publisher, and entrepreneur.
The event was hosted by Geneviève Borne, Honorary Ambassador and Master of Ceremonies, while Danielle Cloutier, Executive Leadership Coach, led the VIP pre-reception.
A Meaningful Contribution for Women in Montreal
Organized by RJV Communications, the Cocktail des Présidentes et des Femmes Leaders celebrates the contribution of women in the business community while supporting a meaningful cause.
On this occasion, Robert J. Vézina, President of RJV Communications, presented a $35,000 donation to the Montreal Women’s Y Foundation. The cheque was accepted by Nadine Gelly, Chair of the Board of Directors of the Montreal Women’s Y.
This contribution will directly support our mission of empowering women and girls by helping them build greater independence, security, and equal opportunities.
This year’s $35,000 donation brings the total amount contributed to the Montreal Women’s Y Foundation through the Cocktail des Présidentes et des Femmes Leaders to more than $90,000 since the beginning of this partnership.
