Elsa Mondésir Villefort is the Managing Director of Citoyenneté jeunesse, an organization that promotes youth engagement throughout Quebec. She is also a member of the Conseil supérieur de l’éducation (Superior Council of Education). Currently, she is involved in developing and conducting training sessions while providing guidance to organizations and groups of young people who aspire to bring about lasting changes in their communities.
In addition to her work in the field of youth engagement, Elsa expresses herself and makes her voice heard through hosting radio shows, producing podcasts, and creating photographic essays.
